Burton Web Design is a trading name of MarkD Limited, registered in England. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

• Details you give us through the health check and enquiry forms: your name, email address, business name and website address.
• Emails you send us, and our replies.
• Anonymous, cookieless analytics about how this site is used.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your Website Health Report and follow up about it.
• To provide the service if you become a client, including billing via GoCardless.
• To answer questions and provide support.

We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties except the processors needed to run the service (hosting, email and payment providers).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client plus the period required by UK tax law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@burtonwebdesign.com and we'll sort it within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
