Fair use policy

Every plan includes unlimited content updates. “Unlimited” is a promise we intend to keep, so this page sets out plainly what it covers.

Included in every plan

• Text changes anywhere on your existing pages
• Swapping or adding images you supply
• Prices, menus, opening hours, offers and seasonal messages
• Team members, testimonials and accreditations
• Publishing blog posts or news items you've written
• Minor layout tweaks within an existing page

Send as many of these as you like. Updates go live within two working days (one working day on Growth).

Quoted separately

• Whole new sections or significant extra pages beyond your plan's page count
• A full redesign or rebrand
• New functionality — online booking, e-commerce, member areas, integrations
• Content creation from scratch (professional photography, video, long-form copywriting)

Anything quoted is agreed in writing before any work starts. No surprise invoices, ever.

The spirit of the policy

Fair use exists to protect the service for everyone, not to catch you out. In practice, no normal small business has ever hit its limits. If a request falls in a grey area, we'll tell you before doing anything.
