Prices exclude VAT. Payment is by Direct Debit through GoCardless. Major structural changes, significant new sections or full redesigns are quoted separately — always in writing, always before any work starts.
Unlimited means unlimited content changes: text, images, prices, opening hours, menu items, team photos, offers, blog posts you’ve written. Send one a month or five a week — it’s included, and most go live within two working days.
Content changes to your existing pages: new text, prices, photos, opening hours, team members, menu items, offers — that sort of thing. Send as many as you like under our fair use policy. Bigger jobs like whole new sections or a redesign are quoted separately, always in writing first.
Your domain name is always yours — registered in your name, and you keep it if you leave. After 12 months of subscription, the website design and content we've created transfer to you as well (or you can buy them out earlier). Worth being clear though: the monthly fee is what keeps the site hosted, secure and updated. If you take the site away, that service ends with it — you'll need your own hosting and someone to look after it. We'll hand over the files and help you move; we just can't host it for free.
